How do you determine service pricing?

Our fees follow regulations by the State of Montana. Notary Services are capped at $10.00 per notarial act. A notarial act concludes of one stamp and one signature, if you have documents that require more than one stamp and one signature then pricing will increase depending on signatures and stamp requirements.

Mobile fees are an added fee on top of the $10 per notarial act. Mobile fees are determined by distance, and location service will be held (if location is high risk or outside regular service area additional travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties prior to appointment. 

How to find the right Notary Public for you.

Finding a Notary Public usually requires an online search and isn’t generally difficult to find. Making sure you find the right one, requires a little more in-depth research.

You want to make sure they have the ability to handle the specific type of document, they follow laws and regulations, availability when you need it, and posted pricing of services they offer.

What does a Notary Public do during appointments?

  1. Confirms you are signing willingly and knowingly

  2. Verify your identity (Photo ID, Passport, State ID)

  3. Witness your signature on documents

  4. Apply our stamp and signature where required

  5. Ensure process is done Lawfully and accurately

What can't a Notary Public do?

Notary Public is prohibited by law to provide any legal advice, legal language drafting, or provide legal opinion about your decision to sign documents. (unless they are a licensed attorney). They also cannot validate the accuracy or legality of any document.
